Peanut Butter Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup milk or milk substitute I use almond milk
  • 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 Tb chia seeds
  • 1 Tb collagen
  • 1 Tbs honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 6 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into glass and serve immediately or place in freezer for 30 minutes for a thicker consistency.

Recipe Notes

  • Optional add-ins: flax seed, oatmeal, coconut oil
  • For a chocolate peanut butter version, simply add in 1 Tbs of cocoa powder.
