CILANTRO HUMMUS

Ingredients

  • 1 cup garbanzo beans drained (reserve liquid) (canned is fine)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2-3 Tbs lemon juice concentrate
  • 6 Tbs tahini
  • 4 Tbs Extra-virgin Olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin or more. Up to 1 Tbs is fine depending on your taste-buds.
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. This really does take just 5 minutes (maybe less) to throw together!  Just place all of the ingredients into your food processor (or strong blender) and process until smooth. If more liquid is needed add in the reserved garbanzo bean liquid OR more olive oil or lemon juice depending on the flavor that you prefer.
